The College Entrance Examination period is considered as a crucial part of an incoming college student’s life as it is a factor that will determine whether students can enter their desired universities. As students take their time to juggle school activities with the preparation for the entrance examinations, most studies show that academic stress is prevalent during this important phase, combined with the uncertainty surrounding their academic and career prospects. With the use of modern technology, the website ValPrep is created, aiming to assist the students in navigating the college application process more successfully, allowing them to pursue their academic goals with greater confidence and less stress. The study utilized a quantitative research approach, particularly descriptive research in order to promote objectivity and to achieve a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. Respondents from two public science high schools were gathered through a convenience sampling process. Through the use of an online survey that was sent to the respondents, the data gathering procedure was conducted remotely. Participants were tasked to navigate the website and answer the survey form. Results showed that the majority of the participants strongly agree with the overall organization and appearance of the website. Additionally, the responses strongly indicate that the website properly delivers its intended functionalities, while its features were seen to be properly utilized by the participants. The overall efficiency of the website, which was tested by an IT professional, shows that it performed well on desktop devices but had slower response and load times on mobile devices, indicating a need for optimization.
